I enjoyed the class and learned so much. Joeann’s style enhanced the class participation from which I learned even more. The pace was great, the material extremely valuable and class interaction most rewarding. So rewarding, I wanted to go on the SRS Council website and establish my presence and take advantage of the online member benefits Joeann talked about in class. Contacted SRS Council before my class had been processed. Customer Service called me upon receiving my request. Rare these days. After a lovely chat with customer service, I am even more excited and cannot wait to get my access. This is the best thing I have done for my career in a long time.
